Bachelor's Degree In Architecture Or A Related Field From An Accredited University.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Design Or Architecture Firm, Preferably With A Focus On Public Or Municipal Projects.
Strong Knowledge Of Local Building Codes, Zoning Regulations, And Construction Processes.
Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Other Relevant Architectural Programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Clients, Contractors, And Other Team Members.
