Budget Manager
This position under the direction of the Finance Director, plans, organizes and manages assigned activities and operations within the Finance Department; develops, implements, communicates and oversees the citywide operating budget; oversees city-wide payroll processing and reporting. Prepares financial reports and documents within area of responsibility; and provides highly responsible, professional and complex analytical assistance to the department's management team.
Five years of increasingly responsible professional level municipal budget experience
Two years supervisory experience.
Additional experience in purchasing, payroll, or accounting desirable.
