Child Care Teacher

1. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for young children.
2. Create a safe and welcoming environment for children to learn and play.
3. Provide daily care and supervision for children, including feeding, diapering/toileting, and naptime.
4. Establish and maintain open communication with parents and guardians about their child's development and progress.
5. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect, diversity, and teamwork.
6. Observe and document children's behavior, progress, and milestones in accordance with program guidelines.
7. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to plan and coordinate special events and activities.

9. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
10. Attend professional development trainings and workshops to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
11. Adhere to all safety and health regulations, as well as program policies and procedures.
12. Serve as a positive role model for children and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
13. Nurture and support the social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child.
14. Build strong relationships with children and families to promote a sense of community within the program.
