1. Develop and implement strategic plans and policies for the city's treasury and debt management.

3. Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations related to treasury and debt management.
4. Collaborate with various city departments to develop and maintain accurate financial projections and budgets.
5. Oversee the issuance and management of city debt, including bonds and other financial instruments.
6. Monitor and manage the city's debt portfolio to minimize risks and achieve cost-effective financing.
7. Conduct research and analysis on financial markets to inform decision-making and advise on investment opportunities.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, credit rating agencies, and other stakeholders.

12. Represent the city in meetings and negotiations with financial institutions, bondholders, and other stakeholders.

14. Identify and implement cost-saving and revenue-generating initiatives to improve the city's financial position.
15. Serve as a trusted advisor to city officials and provide expert guidance on financial matters.
