Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Public Administration, Social Work, Or Criminal Justice.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Program Monitoring Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Policies Related To Program Monitoring.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Program Staff, Stakeholders, And Community Members.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting To Track Program Outcomes And Identify Areas For Improvement.
