  1. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and progress of various programs and initiatives within the City of Jersey City.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Public Administration, Social Work, Or Criminal Justice.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Program Monitoring Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Policies Related To Program Monitoring.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Program Staff, Stakeholders, And Community Members.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting To Track Program Outcomes And Identify Areas For Improvement.
