- Oversee and manage the planning and development process for various projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform decision making and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including city officials, community groups, and developers, to gather input and build consensus.
- Ensure that all development projects adhere to city regulations and zoning laws.
- Lead and mentor a team of planners, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of planning initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in urban planning.

- Represent the city in meetings and public forums, communicating plans and initiatives to stakeholders and the general public.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Urban Planning, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Urban Planning, Preferably In A Municipal Government Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Planning Principles, Land Use Regulations, And Zoning Codes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.
Prior Experience In Managing And Supervising A Team Of Planners.
