Finance Intern

We are looking for an ambitious, motivated individual to join our team as a Finance Intern at City of Jersey City! The Finance Intern will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of the City’s financial documents and reports, as well as performing research and analysis to support the Finance Department. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.A successful Finance Intern will have an understanding of accounting principles and be able to analyze financial data with accuracy. Additionally, the candidate should have a great interest in finance as well as a strong academic background. The position requires a commitment of 20 hours per week and a willingness to learn and grow.
