  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all affordable housing initiatives and programs.
  2. Process and track all necessary paperwork and documentation related to affordable housing applications and resident eligibility.
  3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of affordable housing services.
  4. Respond to inquiries from residents, landlords, and other stakeholders regarding affordable housing options and requirements.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of affordable housing policies and procedures.
  6. Conduct outreach and education efforts to promote awareness of available affordable housing programs and resources.
  7. Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments related to affordable housing initiatives.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations on affordable housing initiatives and outcomes for management and stakeholders.
  9. Monitor and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to affordable housing.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to affordable housing.
  11. Serve as a liaison between the City and community organizations, advocacy groups, and other stakeholders involved in affordable housing.
  12. Support the Operations team in other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
