Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Technical Support Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Public Safety Technology Systems, Such As Computer-Aided Dispatch (Cad) And Records Management Systems (Rms).
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills.
Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Support End-Users Of Varying Technical Abilities.
