  1. Manage and oversee multiple projects within the City of Irvine, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify project requirements and goals.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential project opportunities and assess feasibility.
  5. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including city officials and community members.
  6. Coordinate and oversee project team members, delegating tasks and ensuring accountability.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Project Management, Urban Planning, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Development And Management, Preferably In A Municipal Or Government Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Regulations Related To Land Use, Development, And Construction.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Variety Of Stakeholders And Community Members.

  • Proficiency In Project Management Software And Tools, As Well As Experience In Budgeting And Financial Management.
