- Develop and implement engaging and educational class curriculum for adults and children in a variety of subjects, ensuring alignment with the City's standards and goals.
- Lead and facilitate classes, effectively utilizing teaching methods and techniques to engage and motivate students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable and supported.
- Design and organize class materials, resources, and activities to enhance the learning experience.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with students, parents, and City staff to provide updates, feedback, and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of class attendance, evaluations, and other necessary administrative tasks.
- Continuously seek and incorporate feedback to improve class content and delivery.
- Adhere to all safety and legal guidelines, ensuring the well-being of students and staff.
- Attend required trainings and meetings to stay updated on City policies and procedures.
- Act as a positive role model and represent the City of Irvine in a professional and respectful manner.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Law, Or Public Administration.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Teaching Contract Law Or Related Subjects At A College Or Professional Level.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Contract Law, Including Current Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Interact With Diverse Audiences.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Delivering Curriculum And Course Materials.
