- Prepare and present program evaluation findings to senior management.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to program monitoring.
- Provide training and support to program staff on program monitoring procedures.
- Ensure compliance with program guidelines and regulations.
- Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for programs.
- Collaborate with other city departments and agencies to coordinate and streamline program monitoring efforts.
Bachelor's Degree In Urban Planning, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Monitoring And Evaluation, Preferably In A Government Setting.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Present Findings And Recommendations To Various Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Regulations Related To Planning And Program Monitoring.
