  1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and heavy equipment.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to determine the root cause and recommend appropriate repairs.
  3. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify problems and make necessary repairs.
  4. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on each vehicle.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate repairs and ensure efficient use of resources.
  6. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  7. Keep up-to-date with advancements in automotive technology and techniques.
  8. Order and maintain inventory of necessary parts and supplies.
  9. Prioritize and manage a workload to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  10. Work collaboratively with other mechanics and technicians to ensure quality work and efficient operations.
  11. Perform road tests and inspections to verify repairs and ensure vehicle safety.
  12. Report any potential safety hazards or concerns to superiors.
  13. Adhere to all city and state regulations and guidelines.
  14. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance and repair procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Fleet Maintenance And Repair.

  • Ase Certification In Multiple Areas Such As Brakes, Electrical Systems, And Engine Repair.

  • Valid Driver's License And Clean Driving Record.

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills.
