  10. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements, and incorporate new technologies and practices into project design and implementation.
  11. Foster a culture of safety and compliance throughout all stages of project development and construction.
  12. Mentor and train junior engineers and provide guidance and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering Or Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Civil Engineering Design, Construction, Or Project Management.

  • Professional Engineer (Pe) License In The State Of Hawaii.

  • Knowledge Of Local And State Building Codes, Regulations, And Permitting Processes.

  • Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Other Engineering Software Such As Autocad, Microstation, And Gis.
