- Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful completion of engineering projects.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify project needs and objectives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential project risks.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and other stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and other relevant documents.
- Ensure that all project activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among team members.
- Mentor and train junior staff members to develop their project management skills.
