1. Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful completion of engineering projects.
2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify project needs and objectives.
3. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
4. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
5. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
6. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential project risks.
7. Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and other stakeholders.
8. Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and other relevant documents.

11. Mentor and train junior staff members to develop their project management skills.
