- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures during the contract administration process.

- Work closely with various departments within the City to gather information and ensure timely completion of contracts.
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues in contracts and provide solutions to mitigate them.

- Train and mentor junior staff on contract management principles and procedures.
- Handle any other duties or projects related to contract administration as assigned by the supervisor.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Contract Administration, Procurement, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Procurement Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills.
