Develop and implement strategies to improve transportation mobility for all members of the community.
Conduct research and analysis on transportation systems and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with city officials, community organizations, and transportation stakeholders to identify and address transportation needs.
Evaluate current transportation policies and procedures and make recommendations for improvements.
Develop and oversee programs and initiatives aimed at promoting sustainable and accessible transportation options.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in transportation mobility.
Represent the city in meetings and conferences related to transportation mobility.
Manage budgets and resources allocated for transportation projects and initiatives.
Work with city departments and agencies to ensure coordination and alignment of transportation goals and objectives.
Communicate with the public and stakeholders about transportation initiatives and seek feedback.
Monitor and analyze data related to transportation systems and use findings to inform decision-making.
Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations and agencies to support transportation initiatives.
Provide recommendations for policy changes and updates to improve transportation mobility.
Collaborate with other city departments to ensure transportation needs are considered in city planning and development.
Stay informed on local, state, and federal regulations and laws related to transportation and ensure compliance.
Train and educate city staff and community members on transportation initiatives and programs.
Respond to inquiries and concerns from the public related to transportation services.
Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation related to transportation initiatives and projects.
Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of transportation programs and make adjustments as needed.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve transportation services and advocate for the needs of the community.
