Bachelor's Degree In Public Administration, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Permit And Licensing Review, Preferably In A Government Setting.
Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Permits And Licenses.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Review And Interpret Complex Documents.
