Parks Grounds Manager

10. Serve as a liaison between the city and the public, addressing any concerns or complaints related to park maintenance.
11. Promote community involvement in park maintenance through volunteer programs and education initiatives.
12. Comply with all city policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations related to grounds maintenance and safety.
13. Continuously evaluate and improve park maintenance practices to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction for the community.
14. Represent the city at meetings, conferences, and events related to grounds maintenance and park management.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Parks Director or other city officials.
