- Conduct regular inspections of pump stations, reservoirs, and water treatment facilities to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the operation and maintenance of water infrastructure.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure optimal functioning of equipment and facilities.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify potential problems and recommend solutions for improving efficiency and reducing costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects for upgrading or expanding water infrastructure.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, advancements, and best practices to continuously improve processes and operations.
- Prepare and submit reports, proposals, and presentations to senior management and regulatory agencies.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on proper maintenance and operation procedures.
- Work with contractors and vendors to procure necessary equipment, materials, and services.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and community members to ensure open communication and address any concerns or issues.
Professional Engineer (Pe) License In The State Of Texas.
Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering Or Related Field From An Accredited University.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Design, Construction, And Maintenance Of Pump Stations, Reservoirs, And Water Treatment Facilities.
Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Related To Water Infrastructure.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including Experience With Budgeting, Scheduling, And Coordinating With Multiple Stakeholders.
