4. Create and maintain relationships with community leaders and stakeholders to foster open communication and collaboration.
5. Utilize various communication channels, such as social media, newsletters, and community forums, to effectively reach and engage with community members.
6. Conduct research and gather data to inform community engagement strategies and initiatives.
7. Develop and distribute informational materials and resources to educate community members about city projects and initiatives.
