Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School
At Least 2 Years Of Experience Practicing Law, Preferably In Administrative Or Employment Law
Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Laws And Regulations Related To Employment And Labor Issues
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Conduct Fair And Impartial Hearings
Familiarity With Legal Research And Writing, As Well As Experience In Drafting Legal Opinions And Decisions
