Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role In Public Works Operations Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Public Works Operations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Other Departments, Stakeholders, And The Public.
