  1. Develop and implement project plans and strategies for the airport, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
  2. Monitor and track project progress, budgets, and timelines, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  3. Lead and manage a team of professionals in executing various airport projects, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
  4. Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, such as city departments, airlines, and regulatory agencies, to ensure projects align with overall airport goals and standards.
  5. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential risks and challenges, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  6. Oversee the procurement process for project materials and services, ensuring compliance with city regulations and budgetary constraints.
  7. Serve as the main point of contact for project-related communications and provide timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
  8. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery and promote a positive image of the airport.

  11. Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders on project status, challenges, and achievements.

  13. Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into project management strategies to enhance project outcomes.
  14. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for airport employees and visitors.
  15. Represent the airport at meetings, conferences, and other events as needed to promote and advocate for its projects and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In Airport Construction Or Transportation Infrastructure.

  • Knowledge Of Faa Regulations And Guidelines, Airport Design Standards, And Construction Processes.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders, Contractors, And Team Members.

  • Pmp Certification Or Equivalent Project Management Training Is Preferred.
