  4. Educate clients on various financial options and assist them in making informed decisions to achieve their goals.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Adhere to all federal and state regulations, including the SAFE Act, to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  8. Continuously stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to provide the most current and accurate information to clients.
  9. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, colleagues, and management.
  10. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions and transactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Safe Act Registration: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Valid Safe Act Registration With The Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (Nmls), Demonstrating Their Knowledge And Understanding Of Mortgage Lending Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Understanding Of Mortgage Products: As A Wealth At Work - Safe Act Banker, The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Mortgage Products Such As Conventional Loans, Fha Loans, And Va Loans, Among Others, To Effectively Advise Clients On Their Mortgage Options.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Clients To Understand Their Financial Goals And Provide Tailored Mortgage Solutions. Hence, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building Relationships And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Proven Sales Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. This Role Involves Generating Leads And Converting Them Into Mortgage Clients, Making Sales Experience A Critical Qualification.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations: The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Mortgage Lending Laws And Regulations, Including The Safe Act, Dodd-Frank Act, And Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (Cfpb) Regulations. This Knowledge Is Necessary To Ensure Compliance With All Applicable Laws And Regulations While Providing Mortgage Services To Clients.
