You will work closely with various teams and leaders to develop stress testing strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.   1. Develop and implement stress testing strategies for operational risk across the organization.
  2. Lead and manage the stress testing process, including scenario design, data collection and analysis, and reporting.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
  4. Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with stress testing guidelines.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis of stress testing results and provide recommendations to senior management.
  6. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of stress testing processes and make improvements as needed.
  7. Communicate stress testing findings and results to various stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory agencies.
  8. Provide guidance and support to team members in completing stress testing tasks and achieving objectives.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance stress testing capabilities.
  10. Participate in industry forums and conferences to stay informed about best practices and advancements in stress testing methodologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Stress Testing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Stress Testing, With A Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Stress Testing Programs In A Financial Institution.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Operational Risk: As The Vp, Stress Testing Lead For Operational Risk, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Operational Risk And Its Various Components, Including Risk Identification, Assessment, And Mitigation Strategies.

  • Risk Management Expertise: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Risk Management Skills, Including The Ability To Identify And Analyze Potential Risks, Develop Risk Mitigation Plans, And Monitor Risk Exposure. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing Risk Management Frameworks And Processes.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Vp, Stress Testing Lead For Operational Risk Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Stress Testing Professionals. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members Towards Achieving Common Goals.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements Related To Stress Testing, Particularly For Operational Risk. This Includes Knowledge Of Regulatory Guidelines Such As The Basel Ii And Iii Frameworks, As Well As Local Regulatory Requirements In The Regions Where Citigroup Operates.
