  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and present solutions.
  9. Provide technical guidance and support to the team to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert for Java development and process re-engineering within the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Java Development: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Java Development, With At Least 10 Years Of Experience. They Should Be Well-Versed In The Latest Java Technologies And Have A Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Projects.

  • Leadership And Strategic Thinking Skills: As A Vp In This Role, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Developers And Setting The Strategic Direction For The Technology Team. They Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Think Strategically To Drive Innovation And Growth.

  • Cto And Ea Experience: The Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In A Chief Technology Officer (Cto) Or Enterprise Architect (Ea) Role, Preferably In A Large Organization. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Technology Architecture And Be Able To Develop And Implement Technology Roadmaps.

  • Process Re-Engineering Expertise: In This Role, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Driving Process Improvements And Streamlining Operations. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Process Re-Engineering Initiatives And Driving Efficiency Within A Technology Organization.

  • Financial Industry Knowledge: Citigroup Is A Global Financial Services Company, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Financial Industry. They Should Be Familiar With Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements, As Well As Have Experience Working With Financial Systems And Data.
