  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all relevant regulations and laws that impact Citigroup operations.
  2. Monitor and analyze changes in regulatory requirements and communicate updates to relevant departments and senior management.
  3. Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and compliance, to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  4. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential regulatory risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in regulatory risk management and recommend improvements to current practices.
  7. Provide guidance and support to business units on regulatory compliance matters.
  8. Lead and oversee internal audits and regulatory examinations to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on regulatory risks and compliance obligations.
  10. Prepare and present reports to senior management and regulatory agencies on the status of regulatory risk management efforts.
  11. Proactively identify potential compliance issues and work with relevant departments to address them.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies to ensure a good understanding of their expectations and requirements.
  13. Stay informed of any potential or actual regulatory violations and work with relevant departments to address and resolve them.
  14. Lead and manage a team of regulatory risk professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  15. Represent Citigroup in regulatory meetings, conferences, and other industry events related to regulatory risk management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Finance, Economics, Business, Or Law.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Risk Management, Compliance, Or Related Fields.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards, Particularly In The Financial Services Sector.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Regulatory Risk And Ensuring Compliance Within A Large, Complex Organization.
