- Lead and manage strategic initiatives for the Enterprise Workforce Management team.
- Develop and implement project plans to achieve business objectives and drive results.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication across cross-functional teams.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues.
- Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines.
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to ensure efficient project execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams, providing coaching and feedback as necessary.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in project management.
- Collaborate with other VP-level leaders to drive overall business transformation.
- Represent Citigroup in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Focus On Enterprise Workforce Management Systems.
Strong Understanding Of Citigroup's Business Objectives And The Ability To Align Project Goals With Overall Company Strategy.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale, Complex Projects And Delivering Results On Time And Within Budget.
Excellent Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Of Project Managers And Cross-Functional Teams.
Extensive Knowledge Of Workforce Management Software, Including But Not Limited To, Kronos, Workday, And Oracle Hcm, Along With Experience Implementing And Optimizing These Systems In A Global Organization.
