1. Oversee and manage the successful delivery of programs within Citigroup, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives.
2. Drive continuous improvement of program management processes and procedures.
3. Lead and mentor a team of program managers to ensure successful execution of programs.
4. Act as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination of program activities.
5. Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and budgets.
6. Monitor and track program progress, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks.
7. Communicate program updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
8. Identify and manage risks associated with programs, implementing mitigation strategies when necessary.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices, lessons learned, and process improvements.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
11. Stay informed on industry trends and developments to inform program strategy and decision-making.
