  1. Lead and manage a team of client onboarding professionals to ensure exceptional service delivery to NAM CBUSOL clients.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth through efficient and timely onboarding of new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
  3. Utilize your expertise in the NAM CBUSOL market to anticipate and meet the needs of clients.
  4. Collaborate with various teams and departments, including sales and product teams, to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
  5. Set performance goals and provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure their development and success.
  6. Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations related to client onboarding to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  8. Communicate effectively with senior management to provide updates on team performance and contribute to strategic planning.
  9. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration and innovation.
  10. Utilize a hybrid working model, working both remotely and in-office, to provide a flexible and dynamic work environment for team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Client Onboarding, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven Leadership Skills With At Least 3 Years Of Experience Managing A Team.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of North American Markets And Financial Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
