- Lead and manage a team of client onboarding professionals to ensure exceptional service delivery to NAM CBUSOL clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth through efficient and timely onboarding of new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
- Utilize your expertise in the NAM CBUSOL market to anticipate and meet the needs of clients.
- Collaborate with various teams and departments, including sales and product teams, to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
- Set performance goals and provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure their development and success.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations related to client onboarding to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Communicate effectively with senior management to provide updates on team performance and contribute to strategic planning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration and innovation.
- Utilize a hybrid working model, working both remotely and in-office, to provide a flexible and dynamic work environment for team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Client Onboarding, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Proven Leadership Skills With At Least 3 Years Of Experience Managing A Team.
In-Depth Knowledge Of North American Markets And Financial Regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
