  1. Develop and lead the technology strategy for the Equities Derivatives and Structured Products business, in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives of Citigroup.
  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, and external partners, to identify business needs and opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  3. Use your deep understanding of financial markets and products to provide insights and recommendations for leveraging technology to drive business growth and profitability.
  4. Lead the analysis of business requirements and translate them into actionable technology solutions that meet the needs of the Equities Derivatives and Structured Products business.
  5. Manage a team of business analysts and technology professionals to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions, including project planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology, and proactively identify opportunities for Citigroup to adopt new tools and technologies to enhance business processes and performance.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
  8. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of technology processes and systems to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
  9. Monitor and report on key performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management on the progress and impact of technology initiatives.
  10. As a member of the leadership team, actively participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the overall goals of the organization.
  11. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the IT team, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to technology and data management.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Equities Derivatives And Structured Products: The Vp - It Lead Business Analyst Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Equities Derivatives Market, Including Products Such As Options, Swaps, And Futures. They Should Also Have Experience With Structured Products, Such As Collateralized Debt Obligations (Cdos) And Asset-Backed Securities (Abs).

  • Proficiency In It Systems And Technology: As A Hybrid Role, The Vp - It Lead Business Analyst Should Have A Deep Understanding Of It Systems And Technology, Including Data Management, Programming Languages, And Software Development. They Should Also Be Able To Effectively Communicate With It Teams And Understand Technical Requirements.

  • Strong Business Acumen: This Role Requires A Strong Understanding Of The Business Side Of Equities Derivatives And Structured Products. The Vp - It Lead Business Analyst Should Be Able To Identify Business Needs And Translate Them Into Technical Solutions That Align With The Overall Business Strategy.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Lead Role, The Vp - It Lead Business Analyst Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage A Team. They Should Also Have Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Executing, And Monitoring Complex Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Vp - It Lead Business Analyst Will Be Working With Various Stakeholders, Including Business Leaders, It Teams, And External Vendors. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
