VP Investment Banker - Industrials

1. Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier clients in the industrials sector.
2. Lead and execute complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, and financial restructurings.
3. Provide strategic and financial advice to clients, taking into account their specific needs and goals.
4. Conduct thorough market and industry research in order to identify potential opportunities for clients.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative financial solutions for clients.

8. Oversee the creation of pitch books, presentations, and other materials for client meetings and pitches.

10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services and network with potential clients.
12. Continuously monitor and assess market conditions and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
