  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the ATM network operations.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ATM network, ensuring smooth functioning and timely resolution of any issues.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Lead and manage a team of ATM operations and service professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as IT and customer service teams, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies related to ATM operations and service.
  7. Drive a customer-centric culture within the department, constantly seeking ways to enhance the ATM experience for clients.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new service offerings and technologies for the ATM network.
  9. Develop and manage departmental budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to ATM operations and service, and make recommendations for implementation.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  12. Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  13. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the performance of the ATM network and service delivery.
  14. Represent the organization in industry forums and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting the organization's brand.
  15. Continuously review and improve processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and quality of service delivery.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Atm Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Managing And Overseeing Atm Operations, Preferably In A Large Financial Institution. This Experience Should Include Managing Atm Networks, Maintenance, And Security Protocols.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As The Vp, Head Of Atm Operations And Service Continuum, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Atm Operations Personnel. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Mentorship, And Make Strategic Decisions For The Department.

  • Knowledge Of Service Continuum: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Service Continuum Principles And How They Apply To Atm Operations. This Includes Knowledge Of Customer Service Best Practices, Continuous Improvement Methodologies, And Process Optimization Techniques.

  • Financial Acumen: A Solid Understanding Of Financial Principles And The Ability To Analyze Data Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Financial Acumen To Manage Budgets, Forecast Expenses, And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Improve The Efficiency And Profitability Of Atm Operations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Vendors, And Customers. This Includes The Ability To Communicate Complex Technical Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner And Build Strong Relationships With Internal And External Partners.
