- Oversee and manage the FX prime brokerage business, including developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and meet financial targets.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and potential clients to promote our FX prime brokerage services and increase business opportunities.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential business opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the FX prime brokerage market, including regulatory requirements, industry developments, and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, trading, and risk management, to ensure effective and efficient operations and delivery of services to clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to foster a high-performing and engaged team culture.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates on the performance of the FX prime brokerage business to senior management.
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies to enhance the overall effectiveness of the FX prime brokerage business.
- Represent Citigroup at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Extensive Experience In Fx Prime Brokerage: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Fx Prime Brokerage, With A Proven Track Record Of Success. This Experience Should Include Managing Large Foreign Exchange Portfolios And Working With High-Profile Clients.
Strong Knowledge Of Fx Markets: The Vp, Fx Prime Brokerage Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Global Fx Market, Including The Various Instruments And Strategies Used In Fx Trading. They Should Also Have A Thorough Understanding Of Risk Management And Regulatory Requirements In This Space.
Leadership And Management Skills: As A Vp, This Individual Will Be Expected To Lead A Team And Manage Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders. Therefore, Strong Leadership, Management, And Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.
Client Relationship Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Their Needs And Being Able To Provide Tailored Solutions To Meet Those Needs.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance Or A Related Field: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role. A Cfa Or Other Relevant Professional Certification Would Be A Plus.
