  1. Oversee financial reporting function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports.
  2. Collaborate with senior management to provide valuable insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  3. Stay up-to-date with financial reporting regulations and ensure compliance.
  4. Lead and manage a team of finance analysts to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  5. Formulate and implement processes and controls to improve efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting.
  6. Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review.
  7. Communicate financial results and analysis to various stakeholders, including executives and external auditors.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and ensure accurate reporting.
  9. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the financial reporting function.
  10. Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of expertise and knowledge in financial reporting.
  11. Monitor and evaluate industry trends and best practices to improve reporting processes and procedures.
  12. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  13. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of financial reporting policies and procedures.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to colleagues on financial reporting matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Financial Reporting And Analysis, Preferably In A Large Financial Institution.

  • Strong Understanding Of Gaap And Sec Regulations, As Well As Experience With Financial Statement Preparation And Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.

  • Cpa Certification Or Other Relevant Professional Certification Preferred.
