  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to assist clients in raising equity capital for their growth and strategic initiatives.
  2. Work closely with senior management to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the equity capital markets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with top-notch financial services and solutions.
  4. Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence to ensure the success of equity capital raising transactions.
  5. Collaborate with various internal teams such as investment banking, sales, and trading to provide comprehensive and innovative solutions for clients.
  6. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making and provide valuable insights to clients.
  7. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services and expand our network.
  8. Mentor and manage a team of analysts and associates, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  10. Continuously strive to exceed performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  11. Demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical conduct and maintain the highest level of integrity in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Investment Banking, Specifically In Equity Capital Markets.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Executing And Managing Equity Capital Market Transactions, Such As Ipos, Follow-On Offerings, And Private Placements.

  • Comprehensive Understanding Of Financial Markets, Regulations, And Industry Trends Related To Equity Capital Markets.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders.
