  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise business architecture strategy and roadmap in line with Citigroup's overall business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage the execution of business architecture and transformation initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
  3. Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement, and develop innovative solutions to address them.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  5. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on potential business architecture and transformation initiatives.
  6. Manage and monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion of initiatives.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to ensure alignment and support for business architecture and transformation efforts.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business architecture and transformation, and recommend relevant strategies and tools for Citigroup.
  9. Develop and deliver presentations and reports to communicate progress, results, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  10. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in business architecture and transformation.
  11. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures related to business architecture and transformation initiatives.
  12. Represent Citigroup in external forums, conferences, and events related to business architecture and transformation.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business architecture and transformation initiatives, and make adjustments as needed to drive continuous improvement.
  14. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the enterprise business architecture and transformation team.
  15. Act as a change agent and champion for business architecture and transformation initiatives, promoting a culture of change and agility within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Enterprise Business Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Business Architecture, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Implementation And Transformation Projects.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires A Leader Who Can Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Analysts And Architects, While Also Collaborating With Other Business Units And Stakeholders Across The Organization.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Services Industry: Citigroup Is A Global Financial Institution, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Industry, Its Trends, And Challenges.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Vp, Enterprise Business Architecture & Transformation Lead Analyst Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Addressing Complex Business Problems, And Developing Innovative Solutions To Drive Transformation And Growth.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Senior Executives And Cross-Functional Teams, So Strong Interpersonal, Communication, And Influencing Skills Are Essential.
