  1. Develop and implement credit risk management strategies in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Monitor and analyze credit portfolio performance, identifying potential risks and recommending proactive measures to mitigate them.
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership to establish credit risk appetite and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of credit analysts, providing guidance and support in evaluating credit applications and managing credit risk.
  5. Conduct thorough credit risk assessments for new and existing clients, utilizing financial analysis and market research.
  6. Communicate credit portfolio performance and risk exposure to senior management and make recommendations for portfolio optimization.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and external partners.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact credit portfolio management.
  9. Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities for portfolio growth and expansion.
  10. Continuously improve credit risk management processes and procedures, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Finance, Economics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Credit Risk Management, Portfolio Management, Or Credit Analysis.

  • Strong Understanding Of Credit Risk Policies, Procedures, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Optimizing Credit Portfolios.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Analytical Skills.
