- Develop and manage compliance products across various business lines, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and support business growth.
- Stay up-to-date on changing regulatory landscape and proactively identify potential compliance risks or gaps in current products.
- Lead product development initiatives, including identifying market trends and customer needs, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, risk, and business teams, to ensure product compliance and alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement product compliance strategies, processes, and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to business teams on compliance-related matters and serve as a subject matter expert on product compliance.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and monitor ongoing compliance performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the training and development of team members to ensure a strong understanding of compliance requirements and best practices.
- Foster a culture of compliance excellence and innovation within the organization.
- Represent the company in interactions with regulators and external auditors, as needed.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to anticipate potential impacts on compliance products and make necessary adjustments.
- Drive process improvements and implement technological solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of compliance products.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders on compliance product performance and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other compliance professionals and participate in industry forums to share best practices and stay informed on emerging trends.
- Serve as a key advisor to senior management on compliance product strategy and initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Compliance And Risk Management Within The Financial Services Industry.
