We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team and lead the development and validation of CCAR models.   1. Develop and validate CCAR models to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  2. Lead the development and implementation of new CCAR models, as well as enhancements to existing models, to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Conduct thorough quantitative analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the CCAR program.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk management, finance, and technology, to ensure effective model integration and implementation.
  5. Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments and industry trends related to CCAR modeling and incorporate them into model development and validation processes.
  6. Perform model documentation and present findings and recommendations to senior management and regulatory agencies.
  7. Mentor and guide junior team members in model development and validation techniques.
  8. Identify and mitigate model risks and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  9. Continuously review and enhance model governance processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  10. Participate in industry working groups and represent Citigroup in discussions related to CCAR modeling and risk management.
  11. Collaborate with internal audit and regulatory agencies to provide support during model reviews and audits.
  12. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in CCAR modeling methodologies and processes.
  13. Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to CCAR as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Mathematics, Statistics, Or Finance.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Developing And Implementing Ccar Models.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines Related To Ccar And Stress Testing.

  • Strong Programming Skills In Languages Such As Sas, R, Or Python.

  • Experience Working With Large And Complex Data Sets, Including Data Manipulation And Analysis.
