  1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  2. Maintain a deep understanding of banking regulations, particularly the SAFE Act, and ensure all processes and procedures are in compliance.
  3. Provide guidance and support to clients regarding financial products and services, including loans, investments, and deposits.
  4. Actively identify and pursue opportunities to help clients achieve their financial goals and grow their wealth.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies for client retention and acquisition.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, ensuring all information is kept confidential and secure.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations, and make recommendations for process improvements to ensure compliance.
  8. Uphold ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity and responsibility within the organization.
  9. Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  10. Attend meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products.
  11. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to provide a seamless and positive client experience.
  12. Build and maintain a strong network of clients and industry professionals to help drive business growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Safe Act Certification: The Candidate Must Have A Valid Registration Under The Secure And Fair Enforcement For Mortgage Licensing Act (Safe Act) And Be In Good Standing With The Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (Nmls).

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance Or Related Field: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field Is Required For This Role. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Understanding Of Financial Concepts And Regulations.

  • Previous Experience In Banking Or Financial Services: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Sales And Customer Service.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Vp Associate Banker, The Candidate Will Be Required To Interact With Clients And Colleagues On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Banking Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Particularly As They Relate To Mortgage Lending. This Will Ensure That All Transactions And Activities Are Conducted In Accordance With Applicable Laws And Regulations.
