  1. Lead and oversee the operations of the Syndicate department, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of all processes and procedures.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance and productivity of the Syndicate department.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and risks.
  4. Collaborate with senior management to set departmental goals and objectives in line with the company's overall business strategy.
  5. Manage a team of professionals and provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including investment bankers, sales teams, and traders, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of syndicate deals.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, and proactively identify and mitigate any potential risks.
  8. Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the Syndicate department.
  9. Participate in client meetings and negotiations as needed, acting as a subject matter expert on syndicate operations.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Financial Services Industry, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role Within Syndicate Operations.

  • Strong Understanding Of Syndicated Loan And Bond Markets, Including The Ability To Analyze And Evaluate Complex Financial Structures.

  • Demonstrated Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing Teams, With A Focus On Fostering A Collaborative And Inclusive Work Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Proven Ability To Effectively Manage Risk And Navigate Regulatory Requirements, With A Strong Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Compliance Standards.
