  1. Oversee and manage the FX settlement operations globally, ensuring timely and accurate settlement of FX transactions.
  2. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks in FX settlement.
  3. Lead and manage a team of FX settlement professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  4. Monitor and analyze FX market trends and developments to inform decision-making and process improvements.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to optimize FX settlement processes and enhance client experience.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to FX settlement.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
  8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to FX settlement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in FX settlement to continuously improve processes and strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Fx Settlement Operations, With At Least 5 Years In A Managerial Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Fx Markets, Including Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team, With Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Ability To Develop And Implement Efficient Settlement Processes And Strategies, With A Focus On Risk Management And Compliance.
