  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies to effectively identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks within the organization.
  2. Monitor and analyze risk trends and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and facilitate the implementation of risk controls and mitigation plans.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on all aspects of business risk and provide guidance to business units on risk management best practices.
  6. Lead the development and implementation of training programs to promote a strong risk culture across the organization.
  7. Provide guidance and support to business units in the development of business continuity plans and procedures.
  8. Monitor and report on key risk indicators and escalate any potential issues to senior management.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulatory requirements to ensure the organization remains compliant.
  10. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote effective risk management and control processes.
  11. Prepare and present risk management reports and updates to senior management and regulatory agencies.
  12. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with other departments, including compliance, legal, and internal audit, to ensure a comprehensive approach to risk management.
  13. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to risk management and control as needed.
  14. Continuously review and improve risk management processes and procedures to adapt to changing business needs and regulatory requirements.
  15. Act as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a positive risk culture throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Accounting Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Compliance, Or Internal Audit Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements, Risk Management Frameworks, And Industry Best Practices.

  • Proven Leadership Experience And Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team.

  • Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Influence And Collaborate With Senior Stakeholders.
