  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive the transformation of the Treasury Finance function within Citigroup.
  2. Lead and manage a team responsible for optimizing Treasury Finance processes and systems.
  3. Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
  5. Monitor and analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
  6. Lead the development and implementation of new systems and technologies to improve Treasury Finance processes.
  7. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the Treasury Finance function.
  8. Communicate updates and progress to senior management and key stakeholders.
  9. Manage budgets and resources effectively to support transformation initiatives.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  11. Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing and motivated team.
  12. Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Treasury Finance function.
  13. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall goals and objectives of Citigroup.
  14. Collaborate with other teams and departments to identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.
  15. Represent Citigroup and the Treasury Finance team at industry conferences and events.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Treasury Finance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Treasury Finance, With A Strong Understanding Of Liquidity Management, Funding, And Capital Markets.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Identify And Assess Risks, Develop Financial Models, And Provide Strategic Insights To Senior Management.

  • Leadership And Project Management: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Large-Scale Projects And Managing Cross-Functional Teams, With The Ability To Deliver Results Within Tight Timelines.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Regulations: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Financial Regulations, Such As Basel Iii And Dodd-Frank, And Their Impact On Treasury Operations. Experience In Managing Regulatory Compliance And Implementing Regulatory Changes Is Also Preferred.

  • Strategic Thinking And Transformational Mindset: The Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Think Creatively, Identify Opportunities For Process Improvement, And Drive Transformational Change Within The Treasury Function. Prior Experience In Leading Digital And Automation Initiatives Is A Plus.
