  1. Manage and execute various financial transactions for clients with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

  7. Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of transaction documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  8. Monitor and track transaction progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies to enhance the overall transaction management process.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and market trends to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients.
  11. Support and assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Transaction Management Or A Similar Role In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Services, Including Derivatives, Equities, Fixed Income, And Foreign Exchange.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Risks In Complex Transactions.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Dodd-Frank And Mifid Ii, And Experience Working With Regulatory Bodies.
