Job Description

Citigroup is looking for a passionate and experienced Talent & Diversity Advisor, Disability Inclusion to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to create an inclusive workplace for employees with disabilities. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about diversity and inclusion and is committed to making sure all employees have an equal opportunity to succeed at Citigroup.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, as well as five years of experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives. They should have a deep understanding of disability inclusion best practices and be an experienced public speaker and facilitator. We’re looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships, and a strong commitment to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.If you’re excited about taking on this important role at Citigroup and have the experience and qualifications we’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to create an inclusive workplace for employees with disabilities.
  2. Facilitate and lead workshops and sessions on disability inclusion best practices.
  3. Create and maintain relationships with disability advocacy organizations.
  4. Maintain up to date knowledge of disability inclusion best practices and legislation.
  5. Develop resources and materials for disability inclusion initiatives.
  6. Monitor and provide feedback on the progress of disability inclusion initiatives.
  7. Provide advice and guidance to colleagues, managers, and business leaders on disability inclusive initiatives.
  8. Analyze and report on the impact of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  9. Create and deliver presentations on disability inclusion initiatives.
  10. Identify key areas for improvement in disability inclusion initiatives.
