
Talent Assessment and Development Lead
Citigroup is looking for an experienced Talent Assessment and Development Lead to join our team and take our talent assessment and development initiatives to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing talent assessment strategies, designing and delivering development programs, and managing multiple projects. If you have a passion for people and developing talent, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field• 5+ years of experience in talent assessment, talent development, project management, and/or human resources• Proven ability to design and deliver development programs• Expertise in using various assessment and evaluation tools• Ability to think analytically and strategically• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel• Ability to work on tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement talent assessment strategies and programs to meet the organization’s talent development needs • Design and deliver development programs to ensure that talent is appropriately assessed and developed • Manage multiple projects and ensure completion on tight deadlines • Utilize various assessment and evaluation tools to assess and evaluate talent • Analyze and interpret data related to talent assessment and development initiatives • Create and present reports related to talent assessment and development initiatives • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders • Develop and monitor metrics to track progress of talent assessment and development initiatives • Monitor industry trends and best practices in talent assessment and development • Provide guidance and support to team members on talent assessment and development initiatives • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
