  1. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with industry best practices.
  2. Lead and manage a team responsible for conducting quality assurance monitoring and testing across all areas of the company.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any quality issues.
  4. Utilize data analysis and reporting to identify trends and patterns in quality assurance results and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to quality assurance and testing processes.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of business needs and to gain support for quality initiatives.
  7. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, including coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve quality assurance processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on quality assurance activities and results.
  10. Identify and implement new tools and technologies to enhance quality assurance processes.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on quality assurance and testing methodologies, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
  12. Monitor industry trends and developments related to quality assurance and make recommendations for incorporating new practices and techniques into the company's processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Quality Assurance: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance, With A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Quality Control Processes In A Financial Services Organization.

  • Expertise In Monitoring And Testing: The Candidate Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge And Expertise In Designing And Executing Monitoring And Testing Programs Across Various Business Lines. This Includes Experience In Identifying And Mitigating Potential Risks And Ensuring Compliance With Regulatory Requirements.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Svp, Quality Assurance, Monitoring & Testing Sr. Lead Analyst Should Have Excellent Analytical Skills To Interpret Complex Data And Identify Areas For Improvement. They Should Also Be Able To Develop Effective Solutions To Address Any Issues Identified During Monitoring And Testing Processes.

  • Understanding Of Regulatory Framework: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Regulatory Framework Governing The Financial Services Industry, Including Laws, Regulations, And Guidelines Related To Quality Assurance, Monitoring, And Testing.

  • Leadership And Communication Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Can Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Quality Assurance Professionals, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams. The Candidate Should Also Possess Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate Findings, Recommendations, And Progress To Senior Management And Regulatory Bodies.
